Shell Oil Company is one of the largest international oil companies, Shell HSE managementin the oil industry has accumulated a wealth of experience, is recognized worldwide as themost sustainable capacity development and moral leader. In this paper, Shell’s HSEmanagement, combined with Shell’s shale gas project in Sichuan HSE management practices.Comparative analysis concluded that domestic and foreign oil companies have a huge gapbetween the HSE management.
