| According to the statistics of performance evaluation system from relevant departments of China, none of the16securities listed companies can step into top100Performance evaluation composite score companies list in2012, which had been showing the poor performance of most securities companies. Accordingly, the only way to ensure the healthy development of the business for securities companies is using the appropriate method of performance evaluation and objective evaluation of their operating performance, identifying factors restricting the results to improve, constantly improving their own strength. This paper has some theoretical and practical significance based on the research of evaluating the securities companies’ performance.There are5chapters in this paper. This paper uses securities performance as the main line, describing the background, purpose and also introducing the contents of this article. The second chapter is theoretical part. It first describes the theoretical basis and significance of this study as well as scholars of the relevant literature review, The third chapter describes to establish index system of securities companies in our country, Chapter Ⅳ, on the basis of previous academic studies on the efficiency of a securities company, This paper, after screening, selects the52Chinese securities firms in2011and2012public disclosure data on the SFC website, and used them as a sample, based on which establishing the DEA models and get the performance evaluation results to verify the validity of DEA for performance evaluation. Chapter V is conclusion and outlook, also give the appropriate advice according to a securities company performance evaluation.The research results indicate that the performance of securities company is low, some securities companies have input redundancy problem, they may improve the efficiency of operation and service ability, and others are insufficient output, they should improve the cost control ability and raise profit level. |
