The Analysis Of The Economic Complementary Advantages Within The New Silk Road Economic Region

More than2000years ago, Zhang Qian went to the western regions twice, and opened the famous "silk road", enforced the connection with central Asia, west Asia and Europe which made the factors of Chinese spread far into different region and strengthened the international interaction and communication, business correspondence, etc. And it created the regional cooperation, international exchanges and dialogue among civilizations within China even in the whole world. As the Soviet Union disintegrated, there were some economic and social problems and the central Asian had become the focus of the world. Furthermore, as the central Asian adjacent to the rich resources of the Caspian and it is known as "the new world of energy" as the region is rich in natural resources, oil, natural gas, nonferrous metal and rare metal reserves. The central Asia will become the center of the world’s energy supply in the future. In recent years, the United States and Russia are forcing on seeking the opportunity to control Asia, especially on the central Asia energy issues. China and central Asian landscape is linked together and there are many opportunities for cooperation on perspectives of economic structure and human resources. China has paid more attention to the sustainable development of economy in recent years. But the rise and development of any country requires a good stability of the surrounding, so stable and harmonious environment and the development of energy and economic is particularly important within mutually beneficial win-win situation. In order to make the Eurasian countries have closer economic ties and mutual cooperation relation, constructing the "new silk road economic region" is particularly important. And the China’s economic region "silk road" is becoming "the melodious voice of China" in the world economic integration under the background of multilateral and free trade internationally. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of regional cooperation and factor endowment and combined with previous research for central Asia geopolitical strategy and regional economic development, I researched the "new silk road economic region" with the construction of provinces included and the five central Asian countries.The paper illustrates the raise and the steps of the "new silk road economic region", describes space layout, points out the significance of the construction of economic in the field of the economy, energy, transportation and financial development. And this paper mainly analyzes the expected returns of the construction of the economic region, combined with the statistical data and the analysis of the present situation, it can conclude that:the new silk road economic region will improve the economic development of the import and export trade of the including provinces, and the rate of economic growth will be more than10%and the growth of trade will be20%; In addition, the construction and production of ABCD lines of oil and gas pipeline act as a strong role for China’s west-east gas strategy, solve the energy problem in China successfully, as a result the provinces will become the key to the promotion of superpower; On transportation, it has greatly improved the carrying capacity by strengthening the construction of transport and facilitating the construction of major lines.In the nearly three years, the provinces and cities along have a lot of ascension on the cargo carrying capacity and turnover. And it also saves the transportation cost, shortens the transportation time and enhances the trade of provinces and cities.With the comparison between the demand for the development of the five central Asian countries and the advantage of China’s economic region along, I find the development of agricultural, industrialization, energy development and sustainable development and also the ability to attract foreign investment have the very strong demand and the five countries are eager to ask for help and cooperation in many areas. Fortunately, the provinces along the China economic region have outstanding advantages in agricultural technology and product production and industrial production technology, which can match with the requirements of the five central Asian countries.In addition, China helped the central Asian countries on energy exploitation and the transportation of pipeline construction, the construction of infrastructure and improving people’s livelihood engineering assistance. The regions have nicely complementary advantages and economic aid in recent years. The Central Asia’s leaders see highly of the construction "the new silk road economic region" projected, and repeatedly say that they are willing to strengthen the cooperation with China in various fields.
