After2010,the Chinese securities market speeded up the progress of innovation,thevariety of business become more and more rich,and at the same time,the traditionalbrokerage business because of the lack of differentiated services,intensified competition inthe market. How to stand out by differentiated marketing channel from the producthomogenization of serious competition in the market, how to build a “multi-level, highefficiency” marketing channel system, these have already become a problem urgently to besolved by the securities company at present. For the whole securities industry, channel worldera has come.Caida Securities Co., Ltd.,the only one in Hebei province as a corporate securitiescompanies, small medium-sized firms, is along with the change of the whole industry unrest,also transformation in the traditional brokerage business innovation of exploration anddevelopment of new business.This issue takes the Caida Securities Co., Ltd. as the research object, aimed at throughanalysis and researching of Caida Securities Co., Ltd.’s marketing channel, combined with thepresent situation of the securities industry marketing channel in China, to find out the problemof the Caida Securities Co., Ltd.’s marketing channel. In theory, I hope this article can givesome thinking function to our whole marketing channel research, in practice, I hope that I cangive some advice to Caida Securities Co., Ltd., and to other security companies.This issue basis on the theory of marketing channel, the securities marketing channeltheory, SWOT analysis theory, using literature analysis method, logical analysis method andempirical analysis method, to carrying on the analysis to Caida Securities Co., Ltd.’soperation, the current situation of marketing channel,find out the current market environmentand internal management, the advantages and disadvantages,the favorable and unfavorablefactors, thinking of the internal support, the network technology,and the market space, wethink it is possible for Caida Securities Co., Ltd. to carry out this project. In this issue, I thinkthe marketing channel optimization should adhere to the following four principles: firstly, toenhance customer satisfaction as the principle; secondly, to improve the efficiency ofmarketing activities, thirdly to keep the development of the marketing channel; the last,carrying out the project step by step. The improved channel should show the multi-level,multi way; broden the downstream channel activity and do multiple services and multiplechannel mode, vertical marketing mode changes the original single.
