An Investigation For The Degree Of Satisfaction Of Tax Service Of Jinzhou District Dalian Municipal State Administration Of Taxation

The tax services is important not only in the taxation but also in the public management. Trace back to the past, since2008the state administration of taxation clearly stated the theme of taxation, all the taxation administration began to transform "management-oriented government" to "service-oriented government", service quality has become the focus of taxation. Today, the taxation bureau has to serve taxpayers better and satisfy reasonable demands of taxpayers, continue to improve the satisfaction and tax law compliance, provide more efficient, faster and better tax services.However, there are still some problems and contradictions. Tax services are uneven in different regions for the differences of development basic and extent. For the coastal cities which have to supply services for the foreign countries, the foreign tax-related issues and services need to be improved. So how to optimize existing tax services, improve tax satisfaction steadily, build a harmonious taxation relationship are still the problems that we should continue to research and solve.In this paper, we study indicators of satisfaction on tax services, making Jinzhou as an example. Firstly, we do literature analysis about the theories of domestic and international taxation services, and make preliminary investigation combining the actual situation of Jinzhou. Secondly, making a model, using sample selection, questionnaire survey and some other methods,we make the satisfaction survey design of Jinzhou, we have received298valid questionnaire responses. Then, we do the analysis of the model. Finally from macro to micro, we make reasonable suggestions.Through the investigation, we hope that it would make an objective and impartial evaluation for Jinzhou, propose effective and feasible suggestions, and provide useful scientific information for the taxation administration system.
