Research On Credit Evaluation System Construction Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the rapid advances in the development of China’s economy and society, integrity increasingly confined to the pursuit of personal morality, it is increasingly becoming a legal basis and yardstick of market transactions, for promoting the orderly development of the market premise. China’s social economy is improving, while the construction industry to contribute to the economic development of our country a great power, but at the same time construction of the integrity of the situation is not optimistic, corruption, risk transfer phenomenon, the phenomenon of wage arrears, jerry phenomenon and other issues very common. Therefore, the construction of a sound credit evaluation system, can be a good guarantee good operation of the construction market, for regulating the market environment, improve operational efficiency of the market, has a positive meaning.In this article, the following issues were analyzed and research:(1)To investigate the pattern of foreign credit system construction, and the Enlightenment to China;(2) Analysis of the reasons for China’s construction market dishonesty;(3) Analysis of the various ways to establish a credit rating of previous studies.This paper combines survey and literature review, summing up the three-level indicators and10secondary indicators, the initial specification of these indicators assignment method, and then using AHP weights of these indicators calculated to obtain a building business credit scores.
