In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s rapid economic development and the internationalization process Chinese manufacturing industry ushered in tremendous opportunities, but faced enormous challenges as well. In the competitive market, how to enhance the ability and coordinate cooperative marketing by organization resources to create maximum benefit, how to meet customer needs to win the competition become a general issue which need to be thought and solve by enterprises. During development process of Chinese enterprises in international markets, how to take advantage of an organized overall marketing, how to win the competition and acquire customers depend on overall collaborative become a universal project which need to be thought and addressed. Punch Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is a global manufacturing company for standard components, after years of development,it has become one of leading companies in standard components fields. It is important significant for Punch Industry to increase competitive in market by advanced marketing strategies and achievable actions when facing the chances and challenges from domestic and international marketing.The paper is based on the principle of marketing and researched in Punch Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd. on marketing strategy cases. First, the existence issues of the company discussed in detail in the marketing; Secondly, the analysis of internal and external environment faced by the company, the external environment, includes customer demand, industry environment, the external environment includes customer demand, industry environment, the internal environment includes business philosophy, sourcing status and current marketing situations; thirdly, analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises themselves on the basis of environmental analysis, including the analysis of the key competitiveness of industry?s, and the SWOT approach to their own competitive situation analysis; then, according to the environmental analysis and competitive analysis, determine the company’s target market selection and positioning; Finally, to establish the marketing strategies which are suitable for enterprise development in order to maximize competitiveness.This study aims to provide a reference for PUNCH Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd. marketing strategies and expand the company’s marketing ideas, through integrating and combining marketing resources and targeted marketing strategies to form the market differential advantage in the competitive position of Punch Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd.
