Thus, the concept of business will contain the concept of customer satisfaction, only customer satisfaction and that makes them continue to come to buy, so that enterprises can sustainable management. Therefore, the key to success is the future efforts to improve product quality and service quality, provide the product customer need, provide customer satisfaction of products and services, and strive to meet or exceed customer demand, can let the customer again and continuous consumption.
