For modern enterprises, along with the global economic integration flow of talent, different country, different industries, different enterprises intensifies, human resource has been transformed into an important resource industries, especially in the enterprise market competition to the dominant position say has become particularly prominent. To make good use of human resources must be developed and manage human resources, it is undeniable that the performance appraisal play an important role of the human resources management system. Good performance appraisal enables employees and business behavior "win-win":employees get a fair evaluation of personal qualities capabilities; enterprises to achieve the strategic objectives, the overall economic strength and continue to improve. Therefore, many research experts so the combination of theory and practice, in-depth study of the performance appraisal effective ways and methods; many companies learn from the advanced experience and practice, and explore the establishment has its own characteristics, performance evaluation of new models, new system.In this paper, HN Chemical Fiber Company performance evaluation system for innovative research objection, describes the background, meaning and methods of performance evaluation study, presented HN Chemical Fiber Company profile, organizational structure and personnel information, the company’s current performance appraisal reveals specific approach, combined with my investigation research and field research, analysis of the company’s performance appraisal problems, that is,"more qualitative, less quantitative; virtual much less real; more soft and hard less"; assessment indicators and employee objectives and tasks can not effectively linked to a certain extent, the lack of evaluation procedures fair, examination results can not fully measure the performance of employees, assessment and incentive effect is not obvious, is not implemented" leadership, employee "double satisfaction, employee work increasingly active low, middle gradual loss of backbone, so that the company’s operations was severely adversely affected.For HN Chemical Fiber Company performance appraisal problems I learn scientific theories, methods of work and relevant experience, and optimize the assessment indicators, right evaluation of the weight distribution, assessment and feedback evaluation, the results of the application and motivation, assessment of organizational security, etc. in-depth analysis, leak filled, the company’s performance appraisal system to optimize the design.I hope this paper is worth learning for HN Chemical Fiber Company to optimize performance appraisal system, and expectations of the other companies in the same industry or in different sectors to establish and improve the performance appraisal system also has certain reference value.
