With the pace of international development of TBEA, staff of TBEA pursuedinnovation and creativity by stepping on the “Blessed Land” of India to exploit ourbusiness and to establish a new platform of international development. On Aug.3,2012, TBEA Green Energy Industrial Park and TBEA Energy (India) Pvt. Ltd.factory construction project first earthwork excavation of foundation has beenimplemented. The project took16months to complete the work of36months forlocal Indian and brought part of the factory into operation on Oct.30,2013.According to overall development strategy of TBEA, India Energy Companywhole crew comprehensively implemented development concept of “Four Do, FourBusiness” to blend the guiding concept of “To build a competitive internationalcompany “thoroughly into factory construction, talent team building andmanagement system establishment. In the meantime of promoting the constructionof factory, strengthen the efforts to “Seize Market”, carry out the manufacturingtechnique compliance with the standard, human resources structural adjustment,management system innovation, and speed up the business development of powertransmission and transformation products sales network, complete set services andsystems integration, international trade and commerce.There are huge difference between China and India in aspects of culturalconventions, belief, behavioral habit and economic model. How to build and manageIndia Company and blend it into Indian society has become the significantcompetitive edge for long-term development. As a transnational corporation fromChina, TBEA is facing with the significant strategic decision of to response toglobalization. It is also the key issue of making operating management of India Energy Company gradually blend into globalization. Faced with new opportunitiesand challenges, TBEA India Energy Company is urgent to find a new path fortransnational corporation. In order to enhance our own competitiveness and blendinto Indian market well, we have to learn from experience of localization operationmanagement so as to realize our own current situation, disadvantages, advantagesand challenges and to take root in India, to serve India and to realize long-termdevelopment in India.Starting from current situation of TBEA localization operation, this thesisintroduced the issues occurred in TBEA localization operation in India, analyzed theinternal and external causes of these issues and also carried out SWOT depthprofiling, finally worked out the basic strategy of localization operation and reachedconclusion in five aspects of localization strategy of “localization of human resource,technology, manufacturing and management operation localization, marketinglocalization, enterprise culture localization” which provided guidance for futurework.
