Research On The Introduction Of Venture Capital In High-tech Enterprises

In recent years, although China "s high-tech enterprises in the process of the development of the entire national economy plays a more and more important role, but there are a lot of factors constraining their development, the biggest obstacle facing the difficulty of financing is in the process of its development. In this case, the risk of investment and financing of new mode of financing has become the best choice for the financing of high-tech enterprises in china.But to risk investment and financing, the whole process which is very complex, the negotiations from financing idea, first, and then signed a financing agreement, and finally to the whole process from the need to go through numerous links, each link has the possibility of failure.The financing of venture capital in China is still in the primary stage of development, many of the implementation details are still in the exploration process, at the same time as the high-tech enterprise of our country has its own limitations, facing risk than other businesses will be larger. Therefore, in the high-tech enterprise of our country have the hope that the introduction of venture capital financing of today, it is of great significance to study the risk and risk control of the whole process.This paper adopts the method of normative analysis, combined with literature research method and qualitative analysis method from the high-tech enterprise of our country financing present situation, points out the reason of the risk investment and financing, from China’s high-tech enterprises, venture capital investment of two aspects to analyze the risk of investment and financing, and example analysis method combined with the case that high-tech enterprises to strengthen the risk of investment risk in the financing process, and put forward the corresponding risk control measures.
