Cash holdings in listed companies are financial management of important theoretical and practical issues. Corporate cash holdings and all aspects of the activities of the company are closely related. Listed companies are outstanding representatives of Chinese enterprises, many of which are the backbone of our economic system in the enterprise. When the total amount of cash held by the listed company’s growing research into cash holdings of listed companies performance has important theoretical and practical value.In this paper, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies as the research sample, and filter out the financial data of865listed companies in2010and2013, examines in depth the problem of cash holdings performance of the listed companies in China, discusses the company’s performance and cash holdings the correlation between the use of multiple regression model econometric analysis of the sample, the results showed that:The positive relationship between technological innovation and corporate performance of listed companies in China there is a significant increase of1%, cash holdings to improve corporate performance0.011%. Technological innovation performance of high-tech companies is greater than the non-high-tech companies, high the the CA regression coefficients of the high-tech companies than non-high-tech companies0.004%. The size of the company, the property rights situation and the proportion of fixed assets will affect the company’s technical innovation performance, cash flow, the company listed age, the proportion of executive stock ownership, the company liability status of the company’s technology innovation performance impact is not significant.This study will help standardize the company’s financial behavior, improve capital efficiency, optimize resource allocation, help improve the corporate governance structure, improve business performance, enhance the company’s value.
