The Study Of The Relationship Between The Differences In Human Capital And Economic Growth In Central China

With economic development, human capital became an important factor in explaining the imbalances about economic growth. For Central China, which has relatively slow speed in economic growth, how the differences in human capital of different periods effect the economic growth in Central China. This paper research the relationship between the differences in human capital and economic growth in Central China. It has two aspects, one is about the relationship between per human capital stock and economic growth, and another is the relationship between human capital structure and economic growth efficiency. Differences in human capital in t his paper means the differences at different times including the differences in stock and speed of human capital increasing during different periods. So, we analyze the problem at two periods. And, there are two main components in the article:The first part is the topic about the relationship between per human capital stock and economic growth. The way to research human capital and economic growth is to establish practicable model based on economic growth model. More, we use the methods about dynamic Panel to estimate the coefficients in the model. Then, comparatively analyses the different effect the human capital stock takes on economic growth in Central China. The results shows that the human capital can take effectively promote to economic growth and the contribution rate is growing.The second part is the topic about relationship between human capital structure and economic growth efficiency. This section estimate the impact of human capital structure on non-efficient technology based on stochastic frontier production model. In addition, it discuss the different part of human capital have what different influence on economic growth efficiency for two periods in Central China. The results show that different part of human capital have no obviously promotion on economic growth efficiency in the first period and the high levels of education take significant positive effect on economic growth efficiency in the second periods.
