Research On The Financial Performance Evaluation Of The New Energy Vehicle Listed Companies

In recent years, with the continuous tension of the energy supply, the international crude oil prices continued to rise and the voice of global environmental protection is growing, the development of new energy automotive industry increasingly the attention of governments. China as a rising power, in recent years the rapid growth of auto sales, a substantial increase in oil demand, resulting in dependence on foreign oil has risen sharply, and the rapid industrialization has led to increased pollution, a substantial increase in greenhouse gas emissions, under such a background, the development of new energy vehicles in China is of great practical significance.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign performance evaluation theory, elaborated the new energy automobile listing Corporation’s meaning and the characteristic, studied the new energy automobile listing Corporation’s profession present situation. According to the characteristics of Listed Companies in the principle of construction of evaluation index system and new energy vehicles, from the profitability, debt paying ability, operation ability, development ability, the interests of investors protection ability, market ability, cash flow situation and development of science and technology input eight aspects of financial performance evaluation index system. Selection of 18 listed new energy automotive companies 2013 annual report data as the sample, using factor analysis method and SPSS software to construct the index system for empirical research, the results show that: profitability and cash flow situation is the primary factors affect the performance of listed companies financial in new energy vehicles, and profit ability, cash flow and solvency and poor development imbalance is listed company of new energy vehicles in the widespread financial problems. Through to financial performance score of comparative analysis, we can conclude that: the financial performance of the new energy automotive industry is uneven, FAW car, Yangzhou Asiastar Bus Co.,Ltd., financial performance of the bottom of Xiamen King Long Motor Group, Liaoning Sg Automotive and Anhui Ankai Automobile. On the basis of the above analysis proposed reduce procurement costs, improve profitability, expanding financing channels, promote the combination of industry and finance, increase financial risk control efforts and establish a brand image, enhance the development capacity, to improve the new energy automotive industry level of financial performance.
