Therefore, in order to guarantee the stability of our financial environment, financial informatization construction in our country, enhance China’s international financial competitiveness, must be comprehensive research system of banking supervision in our country, to develop a suitable for online banking features of the network bank supervision system, to improve the effectiveness of online banking supervision, realize national financial macro-control.Therefore, based on the analysis of the current status quo and existing problems of China’s network bank supervision, on the basis of the major network bank development at home and abroad through influence, trading size and sophistication, such as comparative analysis, finally selected typical all aspects of large state-owned shareholding commercial bank- The industrial and commercial bank of China network bank as a sample, the network bank supervision subject, the object of regulation and supervision target has carried on the analysis and research.
