The Research On Current Issue And Countermeasure Of Procurement Logistics Management In Pharmaceutical Company

With the development of economic globalization, Market requirement changed rapidly and enterprises competition increased fiercely. How to improve enterprise-scale and develop new source of profit is the major problem for enterprise now. Logistics as a series of functional activities is including production, supply, packaging, handling, storage, delivery and marketing. Regarding as the 21 st century hoping industry, logistics called “the third profit source” is one of the principal factors for enterprises profit now. Moreover, purchasing logistics as the first phase of whole logistics actions need to be successfully managed and maintained to improve enterprise’s core competitiveness.Under the investigation of H pharmaceutical industry, this paper analyzed the characteristics difference between the traditional purchasing and e-purchase based on logistics management theory. This paper also studies the phenomenon and reason of current purchasing logistics insufficiency in H pharmaceutical industry. Further on, this paper proposes the way to optimize the purchasing logistic management based on theory and practice. The optimization is including purchasing process, approval process, supplier management, talent training, and current e-purchase platform. The target of optimization is improving the purchasing control ability, production quality, service level and reducing purchasing cost, purchasing cycle. Meanwhile, this paper also provides theory and practice reference for similar enterprise purchasing management maturity development.
