Commercial banks are more competitive service organization, the core of commercial banks is to maximize the value of the core management is economic. Human resources management of commercial banks is an organic system, the link closely, performance management as an important part of human resource management, application performance management began earlier abroad, has formed a relatively complete theoretical system in the enterprise has also been widely promoted and practice. With the deepening of financial reform and the increasingly fierce competition in the banking sector, banks pursue performance and realize the inherent requirement of maximizing the value become more intense. Under the new situation, how to improve the effectiveness of the bank’s own operations to meet customer and market demand, research performance management, the establishment of more reasonable performance management system is particularly urgent.
