Competition pattern of China’s life insurance market, "20-80 percents" phenomenon has become increasingly evident, large insurance companies account for valuable channel resources, the more of their share of the occupation, the easier the formation of industry oligopoly unfavorable situation. Once oligopoly true to form, it will seriously hinder the healthy development of life insurance market, such as the right to speak too heavy influence at the national level decisions, abusing their dominant position, limiting the industry legitimate competition, using industry-leading set of "King clause",violated the insured interest and other issues. At present, in China’s life insurance market, there are many numbers of small and medium sized insurance companies, which are setting up time short and having small market. adds vitality to life insurance market, has injected fresh blood, but to the traditional life insurance environment also played a purifying effect, helping improve the innovative capacity and competitiveness of China’s life insurance industry; At the same time, to enrich life insurance products to meet the insurance needs of a wide range of people, also played a positive role. However, the current status of the development of small and medium sized insurance companies compared to large insurance companies, whether in terms of scale, marketing channels, customer service and other development are particularly small, weak, the development process is also difficult. Most of the small life insurance companies, which has not found suitable for their own business development model, did not play a real value and meaning of the existence of small and medium companies.
