An Empirical Study Of Private Economy Eco–upgrading Level In China

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed to promote the construction of ecological civilization vigorously, it means that Private economy Eco – upgrading with ignoring ecological benefits can not meet the demands of the times. Therefore, this article choose Private economy as the research object, make an empirical study on its Eco – upgrading level, explore its ecological evaluation Model, and advanced some relevant countermeasures. Thereby increasing the level of Private economic in china, and the main contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, After review related literature on the Private economy Eco – upgrading,the paper defines the connotation of private economy and its conception,state the major idea and its mechanism of dynamic cause, analyzes Chinese Private economy current situation of ecological development. Then founds that the review on the study of private economy Eco – upgrading have achieved some successes, but some factors bottleneck restricting its development and hard to resolve.Secondly, from the five angles of sustainable development level, technological innovation level, energy consumption level, low carbon level, eco-development level, the paper constructs the evaluation model of Private economy Eco – upgrading in china. In aid of SPSS and ARCGIS software, it using factor analysis and principal components analysis and cluster analysis to study Private economy Eco – upgrading level from the vertical and dynamic respect.The vertical analysis found that it is four major factors to touch the level of Private economy Eco – upgrading: the level of energy and emission reduction, the level of resource circular using, the level of sustainable development,the level of eco-development. Although the level of Private economy Eco – upgrading is widely different in every Provinces( autonomous and municipalities regions), it has clustering characteristics, According to every province `s special characteristics we divide 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous) into four types: Leading area、Developed area、 Middle area、Backward area. The dynamic analysis found that the four type area has its unique characteristics, Although the Eco – upgrading level in every type areas have been promoting,the disparity between every type areas has become more and more bigger at the same time, This phenomenon can account for the factors of different development foundation、different stages 、different development concepts 、different productive factor input and different national policy,etc.Finally, combined with the vertical and dynamic analysis comparison, the article according to the present characteristics of all kinds areas, proposes pointed measures to improve the Eco – upgrading level in every type areas, Thereby increasing the overall level of Private economic in china and achieve the goal of ecological civilization.
