| With the interactive development of globalization, informatization and urbanization, the world urban system has entered the stage of network development, while enterprise as the the most important carrier of a variety of capital, talent, information, services, products and other elements stream, its rapid growth across regions and transnational strategic layout are changing and shaping the world urban network pattern. In order to promote the rational flow of factors, optimize the layout of urbanization and speed up the process of regional economic integration, at present we urgently need to grasp the urban network spatial structure evolution of the Yangtze River Delta accurately from the perspective of the enterprises.Firstly, based on the cross-regional strategic layout of enterprises, the new international division of labor theory and the global production network theory, this paper analyzes the urban network spatial shaping mechanism deeply. Then, considering the important effect of the elements contact extent of sub-subsidiary, joint ventures and other affiliates on parent company and its subordinate, this paper reconstructs the model of urban network connectivities. Finally, this paper uses data on branch locations of 573 the entire industry listed companies,378 manufacturing listed companies,221 producer services listed companies and 233 strategic emerging industries listed companies constructs a linkage matrix of 30 cities respectively. Then social networks analysis and spatial econometric analysis are employed to analyze the evolution of the urban network structures of Yangtze River Delta from three perspectives:whole network level, individual city level and cohesive subgroups level from 2004 to 2013. In addition, the article uses the multivariate linear regression analysis to empirically study the Yangtze River Delta urban network spatial structure evolution’s inherent influencing factors. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Organization affiliated companies have a huge impact on the shaping of urban network spatial structure. (2) Enterprise hierarchical clustering characteristics are very remarkable, and headquarters in the city has strong network power. (3) Equalization and multi-center trend are obvious, different network pattern emerged. (4) Network powers present extreme trend in space, Z-shaped corridor spatial diffusion trend is obvious. (5) The evolution of urban network spatial structure in the Yangtze River Delta is the result of many factors, such as the level of economic development, location and government policy system, industry cluster and diffusion, entrepreneurship. |
