With the progress of science and technology, continuous development of society, people’s consumption concept has changed, after the popularity of e-commerce with the rapid development of the Internet. As of the end of2013, the scale of China Internet users reached591million, which accounted for29.3percent of Internet users student, college is an important network of consumer groups, and their network spending habits for website operators and even the development of network industries have a direct impact. Their network of consumer attitudes, consumption patterns and dramatic changes in consumption structure will also have a profound impact on society. As a highly educated university students, exposure to high frequency network, try new things hospital strong groups, has become one of the important power of the network market. The research shows that customer loyalty index increased by5%, profit growth of26%to75%. Therefore, this loyalty to the online shopping for the study of factors affecting college students, college students from the perspective of online shopping, online shopping features major concern of this group of college students, college students shopping network analysis of factors affecting the propensity to consume, and in accordance with domestic and foreign the research results made several assumptions influencing factors, discussed the various factors affecting online shopping loyalty, with theoretical and practical value.Loyalty theory originated in the West, while in developing countries around the world, many countries have developed a theory of customer loyalty for their country’s national conditions.
