The Study On The Risk Early-Warning System In Chinese Commercial Banks On The Condition Of Economy Opening Up

As we all know, the stability of the financial system has a vital role on maintaining the development of the financial and the development of economy. In2008, the serious harm to thee economy of the outbreak of the financial crisis make everyone be aware of the necessity and importance of the financial supervision, and the defects of the financial regulation. As a important part of the financial system, the stability of the commercial bank play a important role on all aspects of the economy. So it becomes more meaningful to investigate the risk early-warning system in the context of strengthening the supervision of commercial bank.The article explores the construction of the risk early-warning indicator system, aims at providing a new angle and decision-making support for the research about the commercial bank risk early-warning system. Firstly, the article describes the theories about the risk early-warning system and how about the risk early-warning nowadays in Chinese commercial banks. Secondly, the risk early-warning system should include three parts:macroscopic indicators, marketable indicators and microscopic indicators. The article analyzes that the share of individual indicator according to expert advice, applies comprehensive evaluation and empirical analysis to analyze the Chinese commercial banking system’s level of risk in recent years. And then draw the conclusion:commercial banking system is safe mostly, it accords with the actual situation. That proves the method that uses in the article is reasonable. So, we use the same method to evaluate Chinese commercial banks risk level and problems. Finally, the article offers some proposals to make the risk early-warning system better.
