Study On Foreign Direct Investment Tactics Of Chxz Company

In this globalized world economy, those enterprises, which mostly rely on resource, have to fight for resource in this globalized economy. Because of the2008financial crisis, the world economy has been seriously influenced. In recent years, the global economy was in the process of the slow recovery, on the contrary, the foreign direct investment come from China’s enterprises in various industries around the world show a rapid growth, China’s enterprises foreign investment in power status is established and confirmed. During Chinese enterprise foreign direct investment process, strategic positioning is not clear in most enterprises, resulted in blind investment. To sort out factor affecting Chinese enterprise foreign direct investment tactics formulating, and to explore the right methods to formulating the foreign direct investment tactics, will be very important to guide Chinese enterprise to effectively involve in the foreign direct investment activities.At the very beginning of this article, the author comment on the basic theory of foreign direct investment which concluded by both western and eastern experts, analyzes the current status and characteristics of foreign direct investment of China’s resource-based enterprises, after that deeply explore the application of OIL Paradigm in the actual case of CHXZ company which is studied in this paper.And then analyzes the advantages for CHXZ company to involve in foreign direct investment activities, put this analysis with its foreign direct investment history together, to make detailed analyze of the different investment tactics in different development stages. Finally, inspired by the experiences of this case study in the paper, the author put forward her instructive suggestions and advices on lead and zinc resource enterprise’s foreign direct investment tactics development and implementation for reference. This thesis is valuable to China’s resource-based enterprises foreign direct investment developing tactics, and has stronger practical significance.
