With the high-speed development of social science and technology, our social life is also changing with each passing day, the old and new things to our real feeling of alternating this rapid change. In philosophy, the emergence of new things is to adapt to the inevitable outcome of the times development, and in our social and economic life, the emergence of new things is the direct embodiment of social progress. There were more and more people accepting with the market economy, great changes happening in the development of the enterprise, enterprise’s management mode is now developing in the question again and again and failure, the new coach leadership management mode gradually being more entrepreneurs attention and favor. Enterprise manager is aware of the future of this trend, competition is talented person’s value only will slowly away from the product to the people. A successful business must be extremely centripetal force and cohesion of the enterprise, and enterprise staff organizational identification is the root of the centripetal force and cohesion. So, whether this new management model-- coach leadership must be beneficial to strengthen the enterprise centripetal force and cohesion, and how to strengthen the enterprise centripetal force and cohesion, scholars and enterprise managers is worth you to thinking.This research adopts literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis research methods to have been discussed and studied the relationship between the type of coach leadership behavior and the employee organizational identification. This research mainly consists of two parts:(1) the coach leadership behavior and the relationship between the employee organizational identification;(2) Coach leadership behavior on employees’ organizational identification of each dimension effect and influence degree. And we use independent sample t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, analysis of advantages and various statistical analysis technology, the conclusions are as followings:Firstly, different gender, age, marital status, education level and the working life of employees in all dimensions of coach leadership behavior is the significant differences of different degree.Secondly, the dimension of type of coach leadership behavior and the relationship between employee organizational identification and study, after controlling for demographic variables, under the condition of coach leadership behavior on employees’ organizational identification of each dimension influence degree is different.
