Research On Collaborative Evaluation Of Supply Chain In Timber Forest

Wood is an indispensable fundamental resource of economic development, and while with the development of economy and improvement of people’s living standard,a growing number of demands on timber forest resources had created tension between supply and demand. To improve the operational efficiency of supply chain and to reduce the process of resource waste in timber forest will become the major way to alleviate pressure on timber production.Management of supply chain in timber forest should comply with market competition, which need put the scattered supply chain nodes together and make collaborative optimization, as format collaborative management supply chain, so that optimize the whole supply chain and improve efficiency. In this paper, it is based on the current situation and development of production of timber forest on China’s actual situation, and the study project is on planting, cultivating, processing and marketing enterprises by timber forest, depend on the theory of coordination and supply chain management to enhance overall competitiveness of the timber forest industry as the goal and to collaborate optimization as the main line. The research is studied construction for the establishment and co-evaluation system of supply chain on timber forest.The main achievements as follows:Firstly, the paper is studied supply chain on timber forest about collaboration background, status of research, theoretical basis research which had both obtained reticular supply chain collaboration be more conducive and enhanced overall competitiveness of timber forest industry.Secondly, combine the actual situation, this paper come to conclusion of collaborative optimization and build a collaboration model of supply chain on timber forest on the basis of introduction on the theory and collaboration with the timber industry of supply chain.Thirdly, the paper is constructed a evaluating indicator system about supply chain of timber forest, built a multistage and fuzzy evaluating system about supply chain of timber forest on the basis of the existing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and time parameter.At last, this paper analyzes collaboration on supply chain of timber forest by Hunan, so the research came to the conclusion that the collaboration on supply chain of timber forest by Hunan’s level of implementation and value of comprehensive evaluation, as it put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
