China Sea Oil And Gas Resources Development Cost And Benefit Comparison Research

Our country onshore oil and gas resources development in advanced, future sea sample dimension and the development of oil and gas resources will be the key. The cause of this situation is by the enterprise to develop oil and gas resources in China. Enterprises mainly consider economic benefit, less attention to social benefits and ecological benefits. This paper uses the cost-benefit analysis method, selection of onshore and offshore oil and gas resources as the research object, with land and the bohai sea and the east China sea, the south China sea sea area as the research scope. The main contents are as follows:In Chapter 1, mainly expounds the research background, research purpose and significance of this article and analyses the characteristics of the research question, introduces the research ideas and content.In Chapter 2, in the clear concept of cost, income, benefits and its characteristics, on the basis of reviewed the related basic theory, has carried on the literature review at home and abroad, and the summary.In Chapte 3, situation and development trend of the development of oil and gas resources in China were analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation of the problems existed in the development of oil and gas resources in China.In Chapter 4, analyzed the influence of onshore and offshore oil and gas resources development cost index and find out the onshore and offshore oil and gas resources development project cost differences. Onshore oil and gas resources development cost comparing with offshore oil and gas resources development cost analysis, illustrates from the perspective of the cost. Why the current our country in continental oil and gas resources is given priority to the oil and gas resources development.In Chapter 5, from two different perspectives of enterprises and countries the benefit of oil and gas resources development are analyzed, and analyses the Marine oil and gas resources development differ from land oil and gas resources development in the three social benefits, respectively for nearby waters sovereignty maintenance, improving the deep-sea exploration and development technology, the formation of high technology industry groups and disputed waters for oil and gas resources.
