Therefore, this article will be on the basis of the rising Labor costs as reality basis, further study of the comparative advantage of labor costs in China, as well as labor costs that meet the needs of the adjustment of industrial structure direction.To explore the method and the path of industrial structure adjustment and evolution, this paper will be divided into three parts, and five chapters. The first part is the macro part of this article, including the first chapter and the second chapter, starting from the theoretical background, systematically introduces the research background of the industrial structure evolution theory and changes in the characteristics of industrial structure in the world.
