Eco-tourism Resources Value Evaluation And Development Research Of Zhalong Wetland

Due to the improvement of the sustainable tourism development theory and ecological tourism development to the deepen,ecological tourism has gradually become a kind of sustainable tourism development model,about the concept of ecological tourism also be gradually obtained the development.For example,in zhalong wetland tourism resources,only considering how to money which directly use value and the indirect use value,thus ignore the most of non-use values of zhalong wetland tourism resources.This omission may cause distortion of the value and development of zhalong wetland tourism resources,and this may become one reason of why Zhalong wetland tourism resources in short supply,the excessive utilization of resources and the destruction of the resource.How to solve the questions fundamentally,we must change the traditional values,change the idea of the theory that resources is non-value,not only to clear that resources is valuable,but also to evaluate the value of the resources.This article mainly use CVM,SPA,GCM and SM to evaluate the value of zhalong wetland,including recreation value,scientific research and education value, biological conservation value, water storage value, purifying water quality value and non-use values.Among them,CVM as the main evaluation methods,through questionnaires and the form of payment card,then calculate per capita WTP and total WTP,and then estimate the recreational value and non-use value,use SPA to estimate the scientific research and education value,water storage value using SM,and purifying water quality value by applying the method of GCM.The results show that,Zhalong wetland tourism resources recreation value is 22.5277 million yuan,scientific research and education value is 568.52858 million yuan,environmental value is 4.2865314 billion yuan,and non-use value is 35.591 billion yuan.So the total economic value is 40.4685877 billion yuan.The non-use value accounted for 87.94%,the use value accounted for 1.46% of total value,but the recreational value accounts for only 4.21% of use value.Wetland ecological tourism resources evaluation is a complicated system engineering.In this paper, on the basis of evaluation of zhalong wetland ecological tourism resources value and relying on the present situation of zhalong wetland tourism resources development,then analyses the development condition and the existing problems of zhalong wetland.To put forward the solutions according to the actuality of zhalong wetland development, and give a comprehensive measure of zhalong wetland tourism resources development potential.So the zhalong wetland can effectively improve their travel value, for the development of zhalong wetland provides an ecological,reasonable and scientific tourist road.
