New Urbanization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

The traditional urbanization development is unsustainable because of high pollution, high energy consumption, and the new urbanization development emerged because of the balance of urban and rural and urban and rural integration development. Through spatial concentration factors, whether the new urbanization promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure or not?Based on the perspective of county economy, this paper builds a new index system of urbanization. This paper uses Chuzhou empirical data, firstly through spatial autocorrelation test, this paper analyzes the interdependent on the role of space between new urbanization construction and industrial structure upgrade,and then based on 0-1 weight matrix and geographic distance weight matrix this paper construct the spatial lag model and spatial error model to analyze the new urbanization impact on industrial structure upgrade.The results show that:the new urbanization and upgrading of industrial structure exists significant spatial negative correlation in Chuzhou, and Chuzhou appears low high, high and low spatial agglomeration; The new urbanization has a strong space impact on upgrading of industrial structure, and can enhance the level of development of the industrial structure;At the same time financial support and technology development can promote the upgrading of industrial structure,but affected by the social structure of demand, the impact of aggregate demand effect on the upgrading of industrial structure is not obvious.
