Coal resources are non-renewable resources, plays a very important role in the economic development process. The coal industry as a national basic industry, has an indispensable role to promote the development and construction of the country’s modernization. Coal resources is not only an important part of our energy, and is an important energy for sustainable human development. For coal construction project, its economic benefits not only to reflect on how to benefit the national economy, but also to promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s coal industry.On the basis of the full study on the current research, through the theory-based learning, first of all, analyzed the economic benefits post-evaluation theoretical system of coal constuction project, and study the post-coal projects evaluation system and problems that exist in the construction project; secondly, analyzed the economic benefits post-evaluation index system of coal projects, focus on financial evaluation index system and evaluation system of the national economy two aspects of the analysis of the economic benefits post-evaluation of coal construction project; Finally, the construction project economic benefits of evaluate of coal from the index selection, the establishment of other indicators of economic benefits of evaluation models were specifically analyzed, and Yanzhou coal Mine Group, five under for the study, carried out specific case studies. In this paper, focusing on the application of research methods AHP and gray theory combining heavy draw weight of each index, using the gray theory to evaluate economic benefits of of the mine were analyzed by AHP, the evaluation results are more objective and accurate, reasonable.
