Military enterprise is a special group type of business, on the one hand they have to bear the national security and national defense construction, on the other hand they must also realize their business performance. Since reform and opening, under the national policy support China’s military enterprise use their technical superiority and continuously improve the business structure, the overall situation has changed dramatically,from the past planned economy and state-owned business model, to a market economy and investment diversification business model. Joint-stock reform is the rapid development of China’s military enterprises an effective way,it has created a group to master the international advanced technology, flexible business philosophy, marketing ability, highly competitive high-quality companies. Military enterprises in order to maintain good corporate performance and sustainability must establish an effective corporate governance structure.The level of corporate governance directly affects the company’s performance. Firstly, this paper started from the corporate governance structure of the relevant theory, combined with the current governance structure of listed companies in China’s military status and performance, revealed China’s military development and corporate governance structure problems. In this paper, according to ownership structure affect corporate governance structure, corporate governance structure affect corporate performance study this idea.This essay chose A as a case of companies.At first we analyze the current situation of its internal governance structure, mainly for the following aspects of the research : the company’s ownership structure, including equity property, ownership concentration, executive equity incentives and other aspects; corporate governance structure, including the Board of Directors, management and other aspects; corporate performance, primarily to evaluate the use of financial law.
