Now supply chain competition becomes a representative of the competition between enterprises. In order to improve and optimize the level of supply chain management to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain, the source of the supply chain node enterprises must be an integration and unified management. In supply chain management, inventory management is the core component. Existing inventory management models in supply chain mainly includes the traditional inventory management model, vendor managed inventory model, joint inventory management model, optimization of multi-echelon inventory control model and collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment model. These models have an inherent limitation that the accuracy of model implementation depends on the enterprise "market demand forecasters".In this paper, the distribution network in the supply chain inventory system is the research object. Combined with RFID and network technology, a single factory assembly system of Pull strategy is adopted for trial to implement for the inventory system in a wider scope. Because the core strategy of Pull is specific visual demand information between the upstream and downstream, this paper uses RFID-enabled e-Kanban technology to solve the problem that the wide range of upstream and downstream information can not be shared thus achieving the purpose of customer-orientation.The system of RFID-enabled e-Kanban is designed, which is used to realize the sharing of information between cooperative enterprises in supply chain. The upstream enterprises can keep track of the shortage situation of downstream earlier and more accurately, so they can prepare the amount it needs in dire moments ahead of time. Remote e- kanban displays storage amount, the number on passage and the quantity of shortage in real time. The core idea of Pull supply chain is lean production, realizing lean management from manufacturers to retailers. In this paper, the system of supply chain distribution based on Pull strategy has been modeled on. The total cost of supply chain for a minimum of inventory is the control target. Analysis and calculation of inventory levels of nodes are presented respectively from three aspects:inventory, transportation and out of stock. The storage and replenishment principle of retailers, distributors and manufacturers are designed respectively. The decision variable in the model is the optimal number of each node enterprise and the statistical variables are the total cost of the supply chain, the total storage cost, shortage cost, transportation cost. Use object-oriented technology to realize simulation model, considering the practical complex factors: customer demand distribution, the order parameter distribution and backorder processing. The manufacturers, distributors and retailers stock transfer processes in a single cycle are also illustrated. An approach to application of the simulation based on particle swarm optimization is used to solve the problem. Through the comparison of the (r,Q), the Pull strategy feasibility has been proved. In this paper, a platform of distribution system in the supply chain was developed in the conduction of experiments. This platform has the function of strategy selection, changing the structure of supply chain, the inputs data of the supply chain. The experiment platform serves as a simulation of real supply chain. Based on the simulation results, proposed scheme has been evaluated and elaborated on in detail.
