| With rapid development of economy and wealth growing of residents in China, the market of clusters of small companies are playing important roles increasingly. All banks are aware of the important strategic significance of sustainable and stable development of entire businesses, and accelerate the pace of development. This paper summarizes what the clusters of small companies are and how to analyze the circles or customers in circle first. In order to explain the necessity for banks to develop clusters of small companies, this article analyses an example of B bank developing clusters of small companies in field of paper then. Third, I introduce two examples of Chengdu branch of B bank with seed funds to show the hard works of branch of B bank towards developing clusters of small companies. Then we know that Mass marketing mode of operation to follow the following way: choose industry- choose industry managers of business circle, business circle and enterprise survey- determine the marketing methods and related products- select the target customers and determine the guarantee way- the follow-up to the continuous survey of business managers and enterprises form a continuous operation mode. |
