The management of Corporate Social Responsibility is a kind of management mode which is widely used in this ten years. it is rooted in the Corporate, and the its implementation has a far-reaching influence on the management of enterprise and society. From American scholar Oliver Sheldon formally had proposed the "Corporate Social Responsibility" in 1924, to SAI had developed the first global corporate social responsibility in 1997, until ISO have released ISO26000 Guidance of Social Responsibility, the Global companies has been explored the ways of CSR management in those long years. As to CSR management, the enterprises of western countries have been as leader, but the enterprises of our country have been as follower. When the western countries have established the CSR management as a green trade barriers, the enterprises of our country found that CSR management has affected their survival, so some of them are deal with it positively, some of them boycott it in Openly or secretly; the boycotted actions have caused negative impacts badly, and even many enterprises were called "sweatshop" by enterprises of western countries.This article take example of the CSR problems met in working hours, working safety, working safety management of contractor in H manufacturing plant. First of all, per the using CSR standards and code of conduct, H manufacturing plant learn to know business requirements of CSR management; then per the organizational structure analysis, it find out the factory for the current CSR management issues; according to the designed questionnaire of CSR issues in H manufacturing plant, and it combined with the related employee interview methods and the empirical result analysis to find reasons of CSR issues, which it appears in CSR daily management, and develop their corrective action plans; Finally, according to the empirical analysis results to employees, manager’s feedback on the CSR system which it is not well-constructed on common issues, and the H manufacturing plant work out the daily management of CSR system, building CSR organizations, and organize CSR internal audits, customer CSR audits and independent party audits to improve the overall CSR management of this factory, then to reach the research purposes of properly solve CSR problem during the implementation of strategic landing, promote the implementation of CSR strategic landing with realistic guiding significance and provide a reference solution for other manufacturing companies of telecom products during the CSR management.
