The Research On The Impact Of The Development Of Leisure Economy On Urbanization Quality For Chinese Provinces During Transition

Nowadays, China’s economy is increasingly developing and gradually entering the great transition which is from investment-led to consumption-led, industrialization-led to urbanization-led, product supply to private supply of public goods and low-carbon economy is improving dramatically. With related industries and strong economic driving effect obvious and salient features of the macro environmental sensitivity, Chinese leisure economy has been showing a sustained and rapid advancement trend and becoming the new power to promote the development of China’s economic and social transformation. Meanwhile, in recent years, China’s urbanization has entered a significant period of strategic transformation, "Building a new urbanization, achieving the comprehensive quality improvement of urbanization" is becoming an inevitable development requirements to deepen urbanization, and the growing development of leisure economy plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure, guiding consumption patterns of urban and rural residents to upgrade, promoting the rational allocation of factors of production space and the coordinated development of urban and rural regions, thus effectively promoting the improvement of urbanization in China is getting much more progressive, intensive, harmonious and sustainable.Based on the related theory of leisure economy and urbanization and the analysis of the current situation of provincial towns and the development of leisure economy, building comprehensive evaluation index system of leisure economy and urbanization quality for Chinese provinces and using mean variance multi-objective comprehensive index model and GIS mapping software to measure the level of the development of leisure economy and urbanization quality of Chinese provinces and analyze their spatial agglomeration characteristics of differential evolution. Then,according to this, making full use of time-series unit root, co-integration and causality as well as vector auto-regression model and the impulse response function to explore the causality and impulse response dynamic relationship between the factors of affecting the overall level of leisure economy and the comprehensive assessment index of urbanization quality. At the same time, using the spatial econometric models to further analyze the active role of main variables of leisure economy in promoting the optimization of improving urbanization quality in the perspective of the global and local spatial correlation respectively for 31 Chinese provinces. In addition, coming up with the measurements and suggestions to improve regional leisure economy and enhance the quality of provincial urbanization from the three aspects of optimizing industrial structure and spatial distribution of leisure, upgrading leisure consumption scientifically and exploring various models of developing leisure economy, looking forward to providing references to achieve positive interaction between the development of leisure economy and new construction of urbanization for Chinese provinces.
