Study On The Total Price Of Civil Project Construction Cost Control Of W Company——The Hua Man Ting 13# Building Construction Cost Control

Cost control which runs through the whole process of construction stage is very important in cost management of construction enterprises. At present, the competition of construction enterprises becomes increasingly fierce, in order to get the maximum profit and win in the competition, they should attach importance to the cost control and make it become the core competence of the company.The research object of this paper is the Hua Man Ting 13# building project cost,the construction drawing design changes within the total price contract, using a single node method in real settlement. Study of cost control in time for the March 1, 2014 to June 10, 2014, a total of 102 days.In this paper, through the W Co., LTD and the project department two level of cost control system, perfect management system and cost control measures for research, The company is the whole process of cost control through five stages, the project department according to the company issued letters of responsibility for cost control implementation; Cost control procedures including cost forecast, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment, to cost control of construction enterprises to explore.The design makes cost control program for the experiment building of Hua Man Ting. By using the combination of target cost and responsibility cost, the whole process of cost can be controlled; the design uses Earned Value Analysis to evaluate performance. And makes specific cost control measures for labor costs, material cost,mechanical cost, indirect costs and so on. Meanwhile the design sets a cost control system which makes cost control institutionalized. Also, combined the actual fund management conditions of W Co., LTD, the design makes the cash plans, financing plans, analysis of out and incomes plans. Which thereby improves the cost control system.Research on cost control throughthe Hua Man Ting engineering, not only in time,quality, safety and other aspects to meet the requirements of Party A, And the final cost of the project than the target cost decreased, the project eventually yields than the target rate of return increase.
