Research On Financing Plans Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises

Abstract:Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises are not only important parts but also main bodies of the logistics industry in our country. Moreover, it is the representative of the vibrant markets and the cornerstone of social stability and economic development. Therefore, its development has a direct relationship with the stability of national economic and social development. At the moment, there are many financing problems in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, for example, it’s hard to finance and its cost and risk is high. The financing difficulties derive from the own problems of enterprises and industries, and also from the restriction of credit system, capital market and social intermediary service and so on.In this study, we choose the small and medium sized logistics enterprises which have many difficulties as well as being little concerned by the social community as the object of research. We use scientific research methods and classic theories including equilibrium theory, agency cost theory and control theory, as the theoretical basis of research. In addition that the paper uses literature research method, case study method and so on, and conducts research in the way of theoretical deduction combined with empirical research on typical cases. Firstly we reviewed the research works and classical theory of domestic and foreign scholars in corporate finance research, and then combined with the specific case of actual existence-- Company A, which is a typical small domestic logistics enterprises as the main object of analysis, adopting systematic and scientific research methods. With the results of research, we gave the corresponding recommendations in financing program development and selection of financing channels on the financing of small and medium sized logistics.
