An Empirical Study Of Listed Companies Working Capital Policies And Business Performance

This paper is based on the Companies listed on GEM of financial data,according to China’s listing Corporation working capital policy and management efficiency about empirical research.The hope is to put forward valuable suggestions in the enterprise operating funds management through the analysis and research.In view of previous studies,this paper uses the GEM listing corporation data to carry on the research analysis.Along with the age of big data and the market processing to deepen,the market needs the age of big data and the market processing to deepen,the market needs the fresh blood to help the development of the market.So small and medium enterprises are emerging.At the same time,small and medium-sized enterprises with high-tech become more urgent.Since the engineering work board market inception in 2008,these company continue to become to make itself up to standardization of maturity.Working capital policy can be subdivided into working capital investment policies and working capital financing policy.The efficiency of working capital management performance is different.This paper adopts the working capital turnover as a measure of the sfficiency of working capital management indicators and selects the investment strategy,investment ratio,financing ratio,the rate of interst,the total asset size of the log and other indicators as independent variables for regression analysis.GEM companies data is limited by the number of collecting financial data,so the annual target public is restricted.As a result,the article selects several key significant industry as empirical analysis.This paper uses the related data of the main indicator for the following four industry analysis:Chemical fiber chemical industry,Pharmaceutical industry,The alactrical machinery industry and Computer communications industry.These combines with the empirical results,for each industry the paper gives constructive policy direction of the working capital.In this thesis,it can reveal the GEM industry listing Corporation and help them develop and grow.With the global trend of scienceand technology,we believe these company will suceed in the market economic system.
