While TMT responsibles for coordinating the operation of the entire enterprise, which form teamwork effects on the quality of the decision-making enterprises and plays a crucial role.At present, China’s GEB is in the rapid growth and gradual improvement. With respect to companies listed on the motherboard, GEM listed companies’ high growth is the largest feature. In this case, the core of the development of GEM listed companies is transferred to the corporate finance sustainable growth. This article selects the GEB company’s TMT characteristics and financial sustainable growth as paper topic, the purpose is to explore the influence TMT’s characteristics to GEB company’s financial sustainable growth based on the Upper-echelons Perspective. It has certain significance to explore the GEM TMT characteristics influence financial sustainable growth.The aim of this study was to discuss the relationship between background and heterogeneity characteristics of TMT and company’s financial sustainable growth. The background characteristics include average age, tenure, the average educational level, team size and gender. Heterogeneity characteristics include age heterogeneity and tenure heterogeneity. The results will help to integrate the team advantages and improve the decision effectiveness of the team and provide theoretical support and practical strategy.The results are as folio wings:there is a certain relationship between the background and heterogeneity characteristics of TMT and company’s financial sustainable growth. To be specific, average age, the proportion of men and tenure heterogeneity and company’s financial sustainable growth are negatively correlated, average tenure and company’s financial sustainable growth are positively correlated, Other characteristics of TMT and company’s financial sustainable growth are insignificant. In addition, average age and the size go against enterprise’s super-long growth, age heterogeneity is conducive to enterprise’s super-long growth. |
