Research And Applications On Location Model Besed On Multi-source Data

With the development of smart city and big data technology, multi-source data has profoundly changed the commercial behavior. Among them, impact on the location of commercial shops is apparent. Because consumers’ demand for businesses is gradually rises to the shopping convenience demand, in order to meet the public demand, businessmen not only need to improve management technology,but also have to improve the location technology of commercial shops. Aiming at this problem,Analytic Hierarchy Process based on expert consultation is a method which is widely used. By dividing elements which associated with decision into different levels and then according to experts’ personal experience and professional knowledge to rate the importance of different elements,this method can finally make a decision. However, this method has to judge each index according to expert evaluation,experts’ subjective factor is too strong. Therefore, how to design a method without using artificial factors is very important. The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:This paper presents a location model establish method which based on the multi-source data set. Combined with the relevant data set,we can extract the relevant indicators that may have an impact on the location, using support vector machine technology to learn these characteristic index and establish the location model, then we can determine which position in the candidate area is suitable for site selection.We designed and completed a location modeling system based on support vector machine,and using an actual case to test this system.The test results show that the support vector machine technology can help us get a location model that with a higher accuracy,it proves that this method is feasible and effective.From the view of theory and practical application,the location model establishing method in this paper can be used to solve the location problem of commercial shops.This method can save not only manpower but also material resources.Therefore,it has practical significance and reference value. Meanwhile the method also provides a new idea for the study on the location problem.
