The rate of bad loans is an important indicator of the evaluation of the modern commercial bank asset quality and management performance. Commercial bank is the core sector of the financial system of our country, the decline in asset quality will bring a series of social problems. In recent years, along with our country economy into a period of transition, the standard local debt, the real estate market volatility, excess capacity adjustment, which makes the commercial bank non-performing loan rate of rise. Although the line is also used a variety of means to carry out the disposal of non-performing loans, but, according to the latest statistics of the CBRC in 2014, national commercial banks non-performing loan rate reached the highest level in 10 years,1.25%. Therefore, the prevention and control of non-performing loans become the focus of attention of the banks again.
