From the beginning of the 1980s, as one of the leading industries in Anhui Province, household-appliance industry began to ride the winds of china’s opening. In recent years the tendency of household-appliance industry’s development in Anhui was fierce. The growth of its home appliance business income is in the forefront of the country and has become a gathering place for many well-known household-appliance industries. Anhui is becoming a powerful province of household-appliance industry from manufacturing home appliances. With the accelerated process of economic globalization, increasingly fiercer competition in the market and the changing of relevant preferential policies imposed by the government, household-appliance industry in Anhui is going to be confronted with the transition period of adjustment after the rapid growth.In order to keep a rapid growth and obtain the advantage in the market competition, we must pay attention to the promotion of enterprise value in the household-appliance industry in Anhui. By reviewing the related theory about the enterprise value and the customer value, this paper combine the discounted cash flow method, with customer value evaluation system based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and build a evaluation model of internal and external value of household electrical appliance enterprises. Taking Hefei Rongshida Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd as an example of evidence-based analysis, then this paper draws the conclusion of the evidence-based analysis. Finally, this paper gives the related countermeasures and suggestions how to further enhance household electrical appliance enterprise’s value in Anhui Province, and points out the limitations of this study, at the same time give the prospects direction of future research.
