Bamboo industry is a pillar industry in ANJI County. Although its development has the basic advantages, it still faces many problems. Meanwhile, ANJI County is actively promoting “Chinese beautiful village construction”. According to the situation of ANJI bamboo industry and combined with beautiful village construction requirements, so it is imminent that puts forward a series of effective countermeasures to promote bamboo industry transformation and upgrading.Under the background of beautiful village construction, this paper studies ANJI bamboo industry transformation and upgrading. Firstly, combing the bamboo industry research related literature at home and abroad, proposes research ideas and research methods. Second, introduces the beautiful village construction, basic connotation of beautiful village construction pattern and its requirements for industrial development of ANJI; analyzes the current situation of ANJI bamboo industry, detailed introduces the bamboo products classification, the industrial structure, industrial development advantages and the target of bamboo industry transformation and upgrading of ANJI, probes into the relationships of beautiful village construction and the bamboo industry transformation and upgrading. Then, focus on the analysis of the present situation of ANJI bamboo industry development. ANJI bamboo industry policies and the present situation of the three major industries is studied, and the problems existing in the development process in the aspect of industry policy and level is pointed out. Finally, combined with beautiful village construction of ANJI, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the bamboo industry transformation and upgrading.Research shows that:1. ANJI bamboo industry has four advantages. Transportation, industrial base, ecological environment and good culture are the fundamental guarantee of industry development. After ANJI bamboo industry through four stages of development, at present it becomes a relatively mature with good foundation and long history, and it has been formed ten series products and more than 3000 kinds of products.2. ANJI bamboo industry which is founded on the bamboo forest resources management, dominated by the bamboo product processing and manufacturing, and supplied with bamboo ecolo gical and culture development, jointly involve in the first industry, the second industry, the third industry, has the most perfect supply chains, is the characteristic and pillar industry.3. Bamboo industry development is facing the following problems. First, the policy level, government function positioning is not clear and lack of the industry development overall planning. Second, the industrial level is facing following problem. ①Industrial inadequate infrastructure. ②Bamboo resources supply is not plenty. ③Bamboo manufacture’s input and achievement is not good. Marketing channels and control is weak. Good quality human resources and brand awareness are not strong. ④Bamboo ecological culture tourism industry exist the limit of “Holiday economy”, lack of good tourism product and depth of utilization of resources, the core brand image confusion and supporting service is poor.ANJI bamboo industry transformation and upgrading under the background of beautiful village construction countermeasures include: First, the policy level.
