The Research Of C Bank For Risk Management Of International Tradefinance

As China has continually developed its international trading since the Opening and Reforming more than 30 years ago, the commercial banks in China also developed their own financial service for international trading. This kind of services start from traditional settlement, to those complicated structural financial service. One of the key features of trading finance is the tightened band between the finance bank provides and the business activities of the customers. As a result, trading finance carries different kind of risk compare to those of currency loan. In the last five years, the internationalization of RMB has brought great change into international market, and then insert more financial features into the structure of the international trading. These changes bring new features into the risk management of international trading finance.Using Bank C as an object, this paper analyses its risk management of international trade finance. This paper also gives a few suggestion of international trade finance risk management of Bank C in answer to the newest development of finance and trade market. The main structure of the paper is listed as follow. The first is the instruction of the background, meaning, methods used of the research. The second is the review of previous studies of commercial bank risk management and international trade finance risk management. The third is the classification of international trade finance risk. The fourth part is the analyzing of the international trade finance management of Bank C in the scenario of RMB internationalization. In the final part suggestion will be given to improve the risk management of international trade finance of Bank C.
