Research On Development Time Sequence Of Reserved Cultivated Land Resources In Shenmu County

In recent years, with the rapid development of coal industry in Shenmu county, the county economy has increased by leaps and bounds, led to the rapid development of various undertakings in Shenmu county. Under this background, great changes have taken place in Shenmu county land resources, land supply, abandoned industrial and mining land is idle, the total amount of cultivated land resources declined sharply and so on; the negative impact of blind development of land resources to bring the original fragile ecological environment is also obvious. Therefore, in order to alleviate the contradiction of Shenmu county’ land, increase the area of arable land effectively, increase food production, improve the ecological environment, we must evaluate the reserved cultivated land resources of Shenmu county. About the development and utilization of the reserved cultivated land resources, both to ensure the quantity, more to ensure the quality and reasonable arrangement. Therefore, based on the understanding of the total reserved cultivated land resources, it is necessary to reserved cultivated land resources’ development sequence of special research, this is good to a scientific and orderly organization reserved cultivated land resources exploitation and utilization of the later work, adjust and optimize the land use structures, formulate reasonable land development and consolidation planning has important practical significance. The main content and results of the paper are two aspects:(1)By the method of “limiting factor” assessment, Shenmu county’ reserved cultivated land resources are analyzed and evaluated, Shenmu county’ arable reserved resources are different distribution in the three region. In the northern is desert marsh region, the arable reserved cultivated land resources is 78.17% of the total; in the middle is hilly and gully region, the arable reserved cultivated land resources is 7.25% of the total; in the southeastern mountainous region, the arable reserved cultivated land resources is 14.58% of the total.(2)From the natural superiority, economic support, social acceptance to construct evaluation index system of reserved cultivated land resources’ development sequence. According to the score to determine the development sequence, when the score is more close to 1, the time sequence of the development is in the front, when the score is close to 0, the time sequence of the development is in the last. Shenmu county reserved cultivated land resources development is mainly affected by natural advantages, less affected by economic support and socially acceptable.
