Knowledge economy is coming, knowledge has become the source of enterprises competitive advantage, and in addition to logistics, capital flow, information flow, knowledge has become another key element of the supply chain. Enterprises sharing knowledge in supply chain can improve knowledge level, and enhance enterprise of supply chain operation and management capabilities, ultimately promote the performance and competitive advantage of the enterprise and supply chain. At the same time, in order to obtain competitive advantage, the supply chain structure has become increasingly complex and fragile. Due to credit, emergencies and so on that result in a variety of default risk, especially in china’s economic transition period. Because there is a high correlation relationship between enterprises of supply chain, the default risk can rely on the correlation relationship which will be transmitted to upstream and downstream enterprise, and even cause the supply chain disruption. Thought, the present study of supply chain default risk contagion, which lack of systematic research enterprise interrelated factors influence default risk contagion. Knowledge sharing is a kind of behavior that reflect enterprise’s correlation relationship. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the relationship between knowledge sharing and supply chain default risk contagion. In this paper, on the basis of the existing literature research, has used qualitative and quantitative research method to study the relationship between knowledge sharing and supply chain default risk contagion. At the aspect of qualitative: took carrier, risk, thresholds and contagion selection mechanism as a starting point to build knowledge sharing affect supply chain risk contagion path. At the aspect of quantitative: based on game and utility function has established a two-level and three-level supply chain game model, and used the numerical example to verify the conclusion. Analysis indicated that without considering the cost of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing can reduce the level of supply chain enterprises default risk; the default risk contagion intensity along with the amount of knowledge that other enterprises sharing to risk source enterprise increase, along with the amount of knowledge that risk source enterprise knowledge sharing to other enterprise; besides, the number of risk source enterprises inversely proportional to the default risk contagion intensity.
