Research On Financial Evaluation Of Projects Invested By Ningbo Co-win Venture Capital Investment Limited

As a main investment mode to realize optimization of capital and promote economic transition, venture capital investment is a comprehensive financial system and organic component of major capital environment. However, while making venture financial evaluation, most of Chinese enterprises still adopt quite backward financial evaluation mode, which does not conform to the development requirements under new circumstances. Thus it is unable to evaluate real value of one project in a scientific and accurate way. Under such a development environment, China needs to establish and improve a series of financial evaluation system, so as to accurately master the financial evaluation project.Generally, this paper firstly elaborates current development situation and characteristics of venture capital investment projects. And then it systematically studies traditional investment modes and discusses deficiencies of this mode in detail. Through analyzing these deficiencies, it concludes the concept of real option. At last, this paper mainly makes project demonstration by applying cases and elaborates application and effects of real option mode.With the help of studying the mode of real option, this paper makes up for deficiencies of traditional venture capital investment modes and promotes improvement of financial evaluation system.
