With the rapid development of Internet-based E-commerce,the intensity and density of information are unprecedented, the volume of users and commodities grow rapidly by progression,so personalized information recommendation service becomes more and more important. Personalized information recommendation service provide commodity information recommendation based on the user’s interest. It is, however, difficult to obtain the user’s interest. The existing recommendation system is based on a specific algorithm to predict the user’s interest. Often there is a certain gap between the prediction of the user’s interest and the actual user interest. This has resulted in the accuracy of personalized information recommendation service is not enough. Personalized information recommendation service has been given high expectations on help solving the problem difficult for users to find the goods in the shopping process, but it has encountered a lot of difficulties in the actual operation, reduced the quality of the personalized information recommendation service greatly.The first part of this paper discusses the research status of personalized information recommendation service. In the second part, the use of the personalized information recommendation service related theory and the personalized information recommendation technology were introduced. The third part is the questionnaire data statistics. The fourth part through the analysis of the data of the questionnaire to understand the current status of personalized information recommendation service, find the problems of personalized information recommendation service. Finally, provide improved strategies in several aspects according existing problem.Due to various reasons, the personalized information recommendation service failed to achieve the expected effect, customer satisfaction is not high, the e-commerce personalized information recommendation service research has a long way to go.
