In this paper, according to current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises financing difficulties. Based on equity-based crowd-funding and lending-based crowd-funding is analyzed, and combined with the corresponding platform of supply and demand analysis, further proof the crowdfunding pattern can offer feasible financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises.
