In 2005, the United Nations proposed inclusive financial publicity in International Year of Microcredit. The traditional financial systems tend to offer financial services for large and medium-sized enterprises and people which have strength financial, but inclusive financial system is to fill the market blank area of financial services, to service institutions and individuals which have been excluded from traditional financial system. The P2 P lending is based on the theory of inclusive financial. It is a new business model to bring about personal convenience and borrowing money successfully with the widely used Internet technology. From the first Peer to peer lending(P2P lending) platform Zapo born in Britain in 2005, this model have a rapid development and popular around the world. In 2006, P2 P lending entered into China, after it, P2 P platforms mushroomed in large numbers in the domestic. This emerging business broadened the lending market of China, at the same time, exposed the huge risk of hidden dangers. The appearance of P2 P lending risks bring about some impact to the normal financial order, from the perspective of inclusive finance, the development of it is to be encouraged but shouldn’t develop disorderly, which is not only detrimental to the industry, but also to the country’s financial order.Based on the background, in this paper, through the introduction of the general situation of P2 P lending, combined with the site specific data to analyze the present situation of P2 P lending risk existed in the points, then divide the risk of P2 P lending into two parts, industry risk and credit risk, then analyze deeply. Finally from four aspects-the legislative regulation, improve the social credit system, strengthen self-discipline, and enhances the risk resistance ability of the platform give advice for the development of P2 P lending.
